- Submissions for summit speakers, workshop presenters and workshop topics begins January 1, 2006 and must be in no later then August 15, 2006
- Chosen workshop presenters and summit speakers notified by September 15, 2006
- Late registration begins October 1, 2006 unless given special permission

- Exhibit Site visit for Exhibitors October 12, 2006, 1:00 pm
