Exhibitors Maximum Visibility
Safety 'N Kids participants meet with their traffic peers in a forum
where they can share program successes, learn from others and develop
alliances with people from all over the state.
- Exhibitors have a secure exposition area and
a visible outdoor exhibition area perfect for vehicle and large equipment
demonstrations
- Exhibitor areas are available to Summit participants
on Monday 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
and Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- All three General Sessions are accessed through
the exhibit areas to maximize traffic flow and exposure
- Three continental breakfasts and four refreshment
breaks in the exhibitor area
- Exhibit hours to maximize display exposure and
networking opportunities
- Exhibit fee does not include summit registration
fee
Schools are invited to arrange field trips to
the hotel and visit the exhibit areas to expience the traffic safety programs
offered.
An exhibit booth at the Safety 'N Kids Traffic Summit provides your organization

Instructions for Exhibiting Vehicles
Exhibitors need to notify the Summit Organization if exhibiting a vehicle.
Please note on the exhibit application form if you plan to exhibit a vehicle.
We will schedule and coordinate moving vehicles into the hotel outdoor
area.
Vehicle Display Specifications
The vehicle must have less than 1 gallon of gas in it
The battery cables must be disconnected and taped
Fuel caps must be locked
It must have a drop cloth or plastic underneath it at all times
Companies exhibiting vehicles will be required to purchase an outdoor
space
Space Assignment Procedures
Assignment of exhibit space is determined by the subject matter of exhibitor,
number of spaces requested, receipt of payment, postmark on application
and appropriate distribution and balance of displays and products.
Payment
Payment by check, purchase order or money order must accompany applications
in order for a space to be reserved. Please make checks payable to:
