Registration Fee:
$250.00 early
$275.00 after October 1, 2006

After October 1st, registration will only be accepted during registration hours at the Summit, October 17, 18, and 19.

$100.00 attending one day fee for Tuesday or Wednesday (registration only at hotel site)

$ 75.00 attending one day fee for Thursday (registration only at hotel site)

$ 25.00 attending Tuesday night reception (registration only at hotel site)
